The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Telos Corporation, 19886 Ashcroft Rd, Ashburn, VA 20147. The Acquisition is for one (1) year support on a specific Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) system. The SBU - Communications Automated Profiling System (CAPS) is primarily based on the Telos Automated Message Handling System (AMHS); however, the scope of the anticipated order is not restricted solely to the Telos AMHS. Services to be provided include the Telos AMHS, Multi-Functional Secure Gateway (MSG), Diskless Workstation Server (DCWS), and associated portions of the communications infrastructure that interface with the Telos AMHS system.

The service plan will be provided for one DEA office. This is a "Sole Source" requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Option Competition, a DEA "Limited Source Documentation" is attached for reference.

The Government intends to issue a single, time and material delivery order under GSA Schedule GS-35F-4315D in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedules.
