Program Office (PMS 485), under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1), intends
to award a sole source contract for Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System
(SURTASS) Twin Line-29A (TL-29A) production and refurbishment to Lockheed
Martin Rotary and Mission Systems located at 497 Electronics Parkway Building
5, Liverpool, NY 13088. The contract period of performance is anticipated to
be a Base Period of one year, plus four Option Years and is to be awarded in
the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2019. Specifically required are the

that can produce, integrate, and test the assemblies, modules, and towed array
systems for PMS 485.
