The project will replace an undersized portion of the Sutter sewer trunk. The limits of the Phase 2 project span from North Jefferson and 8th Streets to a manhole at the Paradise Road and Sutter Avenue intersection. The proposed Phase 2 rehabilitation project includes removal and replacement of 4,000 linear feet of 16-inch VCP trunk line with 24-inch PVC, Rehabilitation of 900 linear feet on Paradise with cure in place pipe (CIPP), boring under Maze Avenue by Pilot Tube Auger method (Caltrans), and abandonment of existing sewer lift station.
