The City of Sacramento’s Department of Public Works (“City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified teams with experience in public governance, management, and finance. The responsive team will lead the City’s study and implementation of a new governance structure for the City-owned Sacramento Valley Station (SVS). The SVS is the region’s intercity rail station, serving Northern California with connections to statewide and national routes through several rail and bus operators.
