Justification Rationale for (SwiftStack) from (Alliance Technology Group) During the market research, we found Alliance Technology to be the only supplier of this software. Swift Stack is a new software in the market of storage management. As the application matures, more vendors will be able to provide this software. We used NITAAC to search all vendors that can provide a cost estimate but we only received "No bids" from vendors.
