NSN: Multiple Nomenclature: Multiple Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation
The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ). The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Quantity Contract, for the duration of a three-year base and two separately priced one-year option periods. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will include nine NSNs to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime).
Based upon Market Research, the government has determined the items are not commercial. The NSNs, Description, AMC/AMSC codes, and Annual Demand Quantity are stated in the attached spreadsheet.
The solicitation is issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. In addition, the solicitation will be Set-Aside for small businesses. Companies will have to qualify under NAICS 335314 to be considered.
The only qualified source is DRS Naval Power Supply Incorporated (CAGE 27192). Dealers will have to provide parts from this company and the required part number as stated on the PID.
Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination.
The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about May 25, 2020. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is June 25, 2020.
Attached with this notice is the Product Item Description for the subject NSNs. All terms and conditions stated in the PID must be met.
All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101 Best Value. The final award decision will be based on the offer that provides the best value meeting the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation.
