DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit the NSNs listed below for a commercial Indefinite Delivery long-term contract using FAR 13.5 procedures. These items are SWIVEL CASTERS, a CASTER WHEEL, and a spring for equipment that supports different aircraft, including the F/A-18 Hornet, C-130 Hercules, various helicopters. AEROL COMPANY, INC. (83445) is currently the only approved source. DLA Land & Maritime does NOT have any technical data with which to procure these items. The purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources. The solicitation will be synopsized separately at a later date.  Interested sources may submit the appropriate information outlined in DLAD Procurement Note L04, Offers for Part Numbered Items at this time.
