The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to award a sole source procurement with Sybase, Inc. for Sybase maintenance of FinCEN's Sybase products.  The Government intends to award a One (1) year contract with no option periods.

A sole source is intended for this order.  Sybase is a proprietary system.  This is a renewal of an annual maintenance agreement.  No solicitation document is available.

FinCEN will consider all affirmative responses received no later than September 3, 2012 at 3:30PM ET.  Affirmative responses shall be accomapnied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the abiltiy to provide the requirements at terms more advantageous to the Government.  A request for more information is not be considered an affirmative response.  If no afffirmative written responses are received, that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole source award to Sybase, Inc.  Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
