U.S. Naval Hospital Guam intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Fujifilm Medical System, 419 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902-6300 for the Synapse Workstation System. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
