The Capability Statement shall succinctly address the following items to demonstrate the Contractor’s capability to perform the requirements in the Draft Specifications document.

1. Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, and DUNS number

2. Business Size for NAICS Code 334515.

3. Identify any current commercial products (with the specifications) that are capable of meeting or can be modified to meet the Government’s requirements identified in the draft specifications document.

4. Equipment origin or place of manufacturer.

5. Warranty information.

6. Typical delivery/lead-time and estimated unit price (for budgetary purposes only).
