This Qualification Requirement applies to all models and series of _engine items specifically determined and approved by the Cognizant Engineering Authority (Design Control Activity) to be Critical Safety Items except Flight Safety Critical Parts. The document(s) specifically authorizing this MQR-1 as the manufacturing qualification requirement by part number will be by separate document or documents with the Cognizant Engineering Authority Head or their designee signature.
