This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, equipment, labor and travel necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at 100 Park Place, Warner Robins, Georgia for Software Engineering Group (SWEG) in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
