THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT TO CHENEGA SYSTEMS, LLC. 

This requirement is for a Contractor to provide all supervision, management, labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and transportation to perform facility maintenance services at the 40,000 square foot Synergy Innovation Project facility and surrounding grounds located at 100 Park Place Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia for the 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG). The Contractor shall deliver a predictive, preventive maintenance, and corrections program that ensures the reliability and maintainability of the facility, avoids facility downtime, and provides a 100% mission capable facility.
