Solicitation N0042117Q0291 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name sole source basis under the authority of FAR 11.104. See attached RFQ for names of manufacturers, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. This procurement is set-aside for small business. Requested items must be brand name and new. Please disregard previous list of items requested and refer to "June 10-LAN System"

The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.  All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than July 28, 2017  The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. A certificate of Authorized Partner is required.
