This shall serve as a notice that pre-solicitation notice SPRPA1KC46CommercialCommonspares for the KC46 Pegasus Commercial Common transactional spares effort released 13 October 2022 was modified to remove 16 NSNs to be solicited in support of KC46 Pegasus Military Unique Program
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Philadelphia plans to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for various spare Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items with various quantities in support of the KC46 Pegasus Military Unique Program. The anticipated transactional contract will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U, CLIN 0057. For this effort, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement will add military unique KC-46 Depot Level Repairable (DLR) transactional material spares support to the existing Boeing Captain of Industry (BCOI) contract CLIN 0057 for a total of 16 NIINs/items. See attached list of NIINs. DLA reserves the right to modify (add or delete items) the list as needed at a later date. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336413. The estimated contract award date for this effort is on or before Feb 2022.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered.
