The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Contracts Directorate, on behalf of the NAVWAR Office of the Chief Engineer (NAVWAR 5.0), intends to award a sole-source purchase order to TechVision Research for a commercial enterprise-wide license and custom consulting services.

The prospective purchase order will be made pursuant to FAR 13.500, simplified procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services.

The Government is not soliciting information in response to this synopsis. However, in an effort to foster competition, responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation by the requested due date below, which the Government will consider in its continued review of the sole source nature of this requirement. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of such information. Award will be issued without further notice. Award is anticipated in September 2023.
