Subject to the availability of funds, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in East Africa, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or around April 25, 2014 for an approximately $24 million contract for the Strengthening Somali Governance (SSG) program. The objective of this program is to support the development of more effective and accountable government institutions in Somalia.
