The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items:

Systel Ruggedized 4U Rackmount 7 Slot Industrial Computers, P/N: SB4300NCL-01, Qty 6 each.

This requirement is sole sourced to: Systel Inc.1655 Industrial Blvd., Sugar Land, TX 77478 as the only available source. This is a direct replacement for current systems already in place designed by Systel and customized for the required applications. These computers use a removable drive mount that is proprietary to Systel and are interchangable with current exisiting systems.

Any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
