This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0173 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, VA, intends to procure:

Quote is due July 27, 2016, no later than 1:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by September 14, 2016.
