NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:  The NAICS Code is 334290. The 99th Contracting Squadron,  Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Advantor Systems for annual preventive maintenance, semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections for all Advantor IDS panels reporting to the BDOC ASN.  Advantor Systems possesses the technology and components to enhance the already in place foundational security system. Advantor Systems is the exclusive source for installation of Advantor equipment. Advantor has no certified installers or maintenance personnel, other than Advantor employees or exclusive subcontractors operating on Advantor's behalf. There are no independent sources for maintenance other than Advantor Systems. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 22 March 2019 that are equivalent to the US Testing Equipment, LTD will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any quotations should be e-mailed to [email protected]  no later than 22 March 2019, 1:00PM PST.  Only proposals received by this date will be considered.  All questions should be directed to A1C Moriah Clark at [email protected] or 702-652-5354.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "F3G3JE9058AW01 799 SFS/S4/RA Alarm Maintenance"  Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).  Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.  Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB.  If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent.  The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
