In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s intent to contract using single source procedures. The FAA intends to contract with Triumph Enterprises Inc., McLean Virginia for a 10-month single source contract extension to the current SOMASS contract DTFAWA-11-D-00035. This extension will permit the continuation of services until award of the FAA’s ATAPS contract. Triumph Enterprises Inc. is positioned to provide the additional services required for the “bridge� effort. Services to be provided are consistent with the current Statement of Work and will include management and administrative support services.
