(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2019Q0145 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541370 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. The quantity stated is estimated. Please provide the unit price and total price. (vi) The contractor shall provide aerial photography services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Aerial Map that are included in the solicitation package. (vii) The period of performance is approximately 6 months, starting with Fall 2019. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist the vendor¿s pricing information. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information.
