The Bureau of Land Management proposes to competitively purchase 160 Digital Ortho-Quadrangles (DOQ) in southeastern Oregon with an option for up to 110 additional DOQs. The DOQs are created from recent 2000/2001 aerial photography flown as part of the National Aerial Photography Program (NAPP) managed by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). DOQs are required to meet USGS standards as set forth in the December 1996 publication downloadable in three parts at http://rockyweb.cr.usgs.gov/mnpstds/doqstds.html. Responses due no later than September 2, 2004, by 11:59 p.m., EST.
