The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), intends to issue a sole source contract to Georigin (PTY) Ltd., Route 21 Corporate Park, 28 Regency Drive, Irene, Gauteng, South Africa for the acquisition of geospatial African datasets. These datasets will include data for the countries of Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Angola, Morocco, Mauritania, Guinea, Senegal, and Tunisia. Upon delivery of the datasets 30 days after award, updates will be provided for a period of one year. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed geospatial datasets must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement. No contract award will be made based on the basis of proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Proposal.
