An overall clear aqueous coating is also required on both sides. Brochure folds to 10 x 8" with a 6-1/2" pocket at the bottom. Pocket has glue tabs and a 5/16" gusset to hold business reply cards. Paper is white 12-point C2S similar to Carolina Cover. Business reply cards are 9-1/2 x 7-1/2" and print in 4-color process on the front and in black only on the back. Front also requires a clear overall varnisg. Die-cut a 6 x 1-1/2" tab with rounded corners at the upper right corner and make one verical perfoartion. Paper is 7-point white similar to 66-lb Sappi Aero. Place 30 cards into each brochure's pocket. Letter is 7 x 10" and prints one side only in 4-color process. Paper is white 100% rag bond similar to Crane Crest Fluorescent. Insert one letter loose within each brochure. Copy will be furnished using a Wamnet System (no exceptions) and proofs will be required. Each kit must be shrink wrapped using a mailable plastic wrap.
