The University of Chicago Press is the publisher of the JID Special issue on” Advances in Multilevel Approaches to the Epidemiology and Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection. Therefore, The University of Chicago is the intended source for this journal. Under this anticipated agreement the contract actions are not expected to exceed $100,000. Only one responsible source is available and no other types of services will satisfy the needs of the Agency.
