Notice of intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to T-Metrics to upgrade the T-Metrics TM-2000 Automated Call Distribution System (ACD) for the 341st Medical Group. The upgrade is required to integrate T-Metrics ACD with base communications squadron telephone transition to Cisco Call Manager / Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) after decommissioning of the base Private Branch Exchange (PBX). T-Metrics is the proprietary owner of the ADC system currently installed. Therefore, only T-Metrics is capable of fulfilling this requirement.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.
