Single award contract beginning May 1, 2004, plus up to one optional 12-month extension period. Frequency of orders approximately 6 to 8 orders per year with approximately 62,000 to 72,000 copies per order. Operations include electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Print head to head in black ink and one Pantone color, or, two Pantone colors. Approximately 5 issues will require four-color process on the covers. An occasional order will print in metallic ink. Binding will be saddle-wire stitch in two places and trim three sides. Trim size 8-1/2 by 11 inches.
