Covers and Text print face only or face and back in 4-color process plus one additional PMS color. Text is spot varnished on all 4-color process illustrations; Covers 1 & 4 flood gloss varnish. Operations include electronic prepress, printing in up to 5 colors plus varnish, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality Level 2. Bid opening March 20, 2006.
