The United States Mint (Mint) is seeking potential vendors to compete for a contract to provide photographic services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Mint intends to issue a performance based services contract with an initial base period of sixteen (16) months and three options of 1 year each. Work will be authorized by the issuance of task orders may be time and materials priced in accordance with a prenegotiated pricing schedule or the task orders may be firm fixed price, or some combination thereof. NOTE: The Mint must own the copyright to all products produced under the contract and the Mint shall retain possession of all film and negatives produced by the Contractor. Responses of interested parties must be received by the Contracting Officer not later than 3:00 PM on Monday, Feb. 24, 2003. The interested party is solely responsible for its email transmissions being received.
