Fort Leavenworth, is seeking sources interested in publishing and distribution of the Fort Leavenworth Welcome Guide and Telephone Directory. The contract will be for 10,000 copies annually for a base year and 4 option years. The Printer, will publi sh the Guide/Directory at no cost to the United States Army or Fort Leavenworth, for the right to sell and distribute advertising in the Guide/Directory only. No Federal funds will be used to publish or distribute the Guide/Telephone Directory. License holder's source of revenue is solely from advertising fees obtained from ads placed in the Guide/Directory. Selection of qualified Printer will be based on design, staffing and resources, quality control and past performance. Printers must be CCR registe red.
