The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to release a solicitation for the weekly civilian enterprise (CE) newspaper for civilian and military personnel at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to print and distribute the newspaper. This action will be conducted as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The resultant contract will be a No-Cost Contract with a Base two-year Period of Performance and 2 two-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511110, Newspaper Publisher. Th e small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ), W91247-08-R-0003, on or about 19 December 2007 with a tentative closing date of 4 January 2008. The RFQ and amendments will be available for do wnloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Ce ntral Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration.
