The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for a newly identified contract requirement for Still Photography and Digital Imaging Services. The contractor shall provide the facility, all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform film processing, printing gangproofs, enlargements and reduction of images, mounting and laminating of images, and data/image retrieval and storage. The contractor shall be located in the Washington DC metropolitan area since the Government will require daily pick-up and delivery. The contractor will be required to obtain a SECRET facility clearance and ensure that key personnel have a SECRET security clearance prior to the start of work.This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812921 (SIC 7384) with a size standard of $6.0 Million. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. The acquisition will accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
