Solicitation N0042117Q0125 modification 0001 is issued as a competitive procurement.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. 

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov 

This is a  firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. 

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. 

Brand name or equivalent items will be accepted.  If an equivalent item is quoted, the vendor must submit the model or part number, picture and description of the equal item with their quote.

Items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty.  Award will be made on an all or none basis.Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price quotation that meets all salient characteristics.

Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
