MSHA is seeking vendors to supply 180 cartons of computer paper to our Denver, CO location.
Thirty cartons will be dropped shipped to US Dept. of Labor, MSHA, Attn: Patty Kniss, 6th & Kipling, 2nd St. Bldg 25, E-16, Denver, Co 80225 every other month on or around the first of the month.

Paper Specifications:

Greenbar, 1-Part, 18 lb. 14 7/8" X 11", 2500 sheets per carton, tabulating paper. May not be recycled paper. Printer being used is Tally S/N A48H093766, Model 648

Paper must be guaranteed not to cause jams in printer. Vendor will be responsible for cost of repairs if printer is out of order due to paper quality.
