This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-10-Q-1054. This RFQ is for the following Tachyon Satellite Systems on a brand name basis. Equipment is to be new, not used or refurbished. Shipping locations are listed below with the equipment.
