Performance Work Statement (PWS) covers support for Test Planning, Test, Training, Project Planning, active duty squadron interface (VX-9, VX-31, VFA-122,), Advanced Weapons Lab (AWL) interface, and interface/feedback to PMA-205 (Naval Aviation Training Systems Program Office) and Program Management at Naval Aviation Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando for TOFT125/SimuStrike02. Tasking will include development and writing of Test Plans and Procedures, Test including operation and flying of TOFT125/TOFT25/Advanced Development Station, and Training and Project Planning, in accordance with established NAVAIR policies and procedures. Some travel will be required. Required skills/experience include F/A-18 flight experience with developmental test and operational test, test plan writing/reporting, secret clearance, familiarity with US Navy TOFTs, and experience with NAVAIR test planning and execution procedures. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
