Subject: Request for Proposal for TALON Sustainment Parts

Mr. Pugsley,

The Government requests a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for hardware to meet the Robotic Logistics Support Center (RLSC) TALON GEN IV repair and sustainment effort for parts listed in Exhibit 01 Master Parts List REV 11. The Government intends to award this action as a modification to TALON Contract W56HZV-11-D-0057. Delivery dates for items listed in Exhibit 01 shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule for Delivery Orders Clause 52.242-4457, in the base contract. Inspection and Acceptance for all TALON parts are FOB Origin, and preservation, packing and marking are in accordance with the Packaging Requirements (Commercial) Clause 52.211-4517 (TACOM) and ASTM D 3951-09 "Commercial Packaging of Supplies and Equipment" identified in Section D of the base contract W56HZV-11-D-0057.

The terms and conditions of the basic contract shall apply to this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resultant modification to reflect current regulatory policy.

Foster Miller shall ensure its representations and certifications are updated in accordance with FAR 52.204-8 and 52.204-7.

Please submit the proposal for the part numbers listed in the Master Parts List REV 11 in a complete spreadsheet to Marcille Nordstog, Contract Specialist, on or before 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 11 April 2016.
