 This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d).

 The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to TA Instruments - Waters L.L.C., 159 Lukens Dr., New Castle, DE 19720-276 for the following:

The following steps are required:

1. Vendor must disassemble and repackage the TAM III Microcalorimeter currently located in building 108-13 on Army Depot Hawthorne, Nevada.
2. Transport the TAM III Microcalorimeter from building 108-13, Hawthorne, Nevada to building 367, Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, California.
3. Unpack and reassemble the TAM III Microcalorimeter in building 367 on Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, California
4. Verify proper functioning of the TAM III Microcalorimeter after reassembly.

 This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 12 January 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
