The Tandem Off-set Resupply Delivery System (TORDS)allows a parachutist to deliver heavy loads (equipment or personnel) in conjunction with military free-fall operations, increasing the payload of required combat essential equipment.

DESCRIPTION: MARCORSYSCOM, Product Manager, Raid and Reconnaissance (PdM RAR) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for obtaining six Tandem Off-set Resupply Delivery Systems and six military tandem tethered bundle systems.

•· Tandem Off-set Resupply Delivery Systems include a SOV3-TS14 harness/container system, HR-400 canopy, TP-400 canopy, passenger harness, and gear bag

•· Tethered tandem bundle system gen 2A

Additionally, the Government requests vendors to complete and provide Enclosure (1), Assertion of Commerciality, so the Government may assess the commerciality and development status of the capability.
