(16) This requirement is for one clean, approved U.S. or E.U. flag double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 220,000 bbls of two clean petroleum products (intentions JA1 and JPTS) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 26 February 2017 and cancel on 27 February 2017. The intended performance will be one voyage.
