16. Description:  Defense Logistics Agency-Energy requires one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

17. The intended loading port/place is Athens, Greece (MOH Terminal) and the intended discharging port/ place is Craney Island, Portsmouth, VA (USA) (DFSP Craney Island Terminal). The laydays commence 31 May 2024 and cancel 01 June 2024, and the period of performance will be one voyage.
