(16) This requirement is for one clean approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying for a voyage from Sitra, Bahrain to Guam, a minimum of 255,000 bbls of JA1 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation Laydays commence 07 June 2016 and cancel 09 June 2016. The period of performance will be one voyage.
