Due to problems on the publishing of solicitation number SPE7MX14X0027 the soliciation number has being change to SPE7MX15X0008. All requirements remain the same.


 This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. In addition to the NSN specified in Section B of this solicitation, the scope of this contract includes all DLA and DoD managed NSNs for which one, any, or all of the following is/are approved source(s): Mercatus International (0KWD6).

The solicitation will be available on or about January 21, 2015 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, proposed delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will not be available through BSM DIBBS.

This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5999.

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.

The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Approved source is: Mercatus International (0KWD6).
