This project is an American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) action. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. This opportunity is only available under the 8(a) program, per FAR Part 19, to 8(a) contractors nationwide in conjunction with solicitation no. N2000100800. This opportunity is available as Sample Task Order One under solicitation no. N2000100800 and may be awarded in conjunction with the base Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The solicitation was issued electronically, on DOI's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The National Park Service (NPS), Department of the Interior (DOI), is soliciting proposals from 8(a) construction firms located in the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Maryland, and Delaware having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on DOI's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
