The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is expected to place a purchase order with Diversified Machining, Inc. Forest Hill, MD, as they are the only known source. They are the only known contractor that has the special required tooling and certifications for production of the required parts.
