The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) most recent Statement of Work dated April 2011, Masters Required. The request for quotation will be available on or after July 27, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted.
