The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Mastodon Design, LLC for a Demi-Beast TDOA Kit and a Beast TDOA & DF Kit. Mastodon Design, LLC is the only known provider that supplies a receiver that has the ability to demodulate at a source interception.  THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.Per FAR Part 5.207(c  (16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.  All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. The Government is requesting a discount. BASIS OF AWARD:Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. Award is ALL or NONE/Brand Name Only.
