The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for Systems Engineering Directorate (SED) Teamwork Coaching Services. The Government is conducting a competition among the existing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for “System Engineering Teamwork Coaching Services” herein referred to as the BPA Pool. The BPA Pool is comprised of the following agreements: W15QKN17A0095, W15QKN17A0096, W15QKN18A0001, and W15QKN18A0002. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Call Order from the BPA Pool. The attached synopsis/solicitation is issued for the competition. Interested Offerors are welcome to submit a quote. If the successful awardee is not in the BPA Pool, an agreement will be added to the pool prior to award.
