The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division Atlantic Test Range (5.2.4) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract to repair the Tektronix Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG), Model 5208, SN B010114 and B010106 with Tektronix, Inc.  Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.  This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ).   

ELIGIBILITY

This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515, Size Standard of 750  employees, PSC code 5985. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside.

ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE

Items are expected on or before 30 November 2019.

This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
